We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 2 with a simple dream: to combine the meticulous, time-honored brewing traditions of specialty coffee with the warm, lingering hospitality of a classic Parisian salon. We believe coffee shouldn't be a rushed transaction, but a moment of pause.
Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for exactly twenty-four hours in temperature-controlled steel vessels, extracting the deep chocolate and fruit notes of our locally roasted beans without any of the bitterness.
